HOW TO USE CATALYTIC LAMP:

Catalytic Lamp Instructions

1. Use only alcohol based catalytic lamp fragrance.
2. Fill lamp ½ to ¾ with lamp fragrance and replace wick.
3. Allow fragrance to “wick up” and saturate stone. If you are impatient, you can fill your cap with lamp fragrance and dip your stone in the fluid for about 45 seconds.
4. Replace the wick and light the stone.
5. Allow flame to burn for about 2-3 minutes and blow out.
6. Replace your crown and enjoy the aroma!
7. When you are ready to put your lamp out, simply put the snuffer cap over the stone.


Catalytic Lamp Safety Tips

1. Always keep your snuffer cap on when not in use.
2. If it is going to be several days before you plan on using your lamp, it is best to pour the fragrance back into the bottle until you are ready to use it again.
3. Using Neutral between burns will extend the life of your stone.
4. If it has been a while since your last burn, you may have to let the flame burn longer than usual until all excess oils have burned out of the stone. When the entire stone turns light grey then you can blow out the flame.
5. It is a good idea to take your lamp outside when you are first lighting it. Sometimes, you will see soot burn off with the initial lighting but this will quickly go away once all of the oils have been burned out of the stone.
6. Never fill the lamp to the top with fragrance. The wick must have air in the lamp to stay lit.
8. Replace your stone approximately every 2-3 months for best results.
